Biography
Ibrahim N. QADER has a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics. QADER conducts research on shape memory alloy (SMA) and network thermal conductivity of nanowires (LTC-NWs).
Philosophy of Teaching
In fact, the symbol of progress in any nation is the level of knowledge and science. One of the main reasons that I chose university lecturer is to be one of the characters for developing science in our region. I have dreams and I work hard to achieve them, so I have made a strategic plan for a period of time. Improving the quality of education, upgrading scientific promotion of staff, making some group of research, trying to publish research in the high-quality international journal, setup some advance lab, using computer as a tool in all of subjects of physics, evaluate the program of study to make a better opportunity for our graduated students.Without any doubt, part of these plans will not become true without supporting staff, students, the college dean, and Mr. president of Raparin University.
