Philosophy of Teaching
Teaching is not a one-sided process. It requires both parties, the teachers and the students, to be involved in the process. Teaching as a profession is first and foremost a passion. This passion evolves, blooms, and grows over time in conjunction with continuous training, research, reading, and observation. Teaching is fun and helping people to learn as a facilitator is more enjoyable and fruitful. I am very much inclined toward student-centered modes of teaching. I am an initiative, open, liberal, welcoming, warm, passionate, and excited individual about teaching and learning. I take advantage of working on and reflecting upon every moment of my teaching experience. I believe teaching should be internalized and embodied in a way that the learners can see what you say and what you claim in your classes. Each class session is a part of life. It should be valued, invested in, and treasured. what you say in the classroom must be carefully and thoughtfully selected because your words might unwittingly, and quietly, shape and mold one's personality. I have no preference for teaching any sort of group. I have taught juniors, seniors, and adult learners. I enjoy the moments when I see the learners are comfortable and receptive. Moreover, productive and vibrant classrooms make the proudest moments of my career.https://sites.google.com/uor.edu.krd/samanmohammadothman
