Biography
Burhan Qadir Saleem was born in 1982. He grew up and finifhed primary and high schools in Hareer/Erbil. He graduated from College of Basic Education / Salahaddin University - Hawler with a Bachelor's Degree in English Language in 2005.
He did a Master's Degree in the same field and the same university / College of Languages in 2010. He has been teaching English Language and Linguistics for about 9 years at several colleges including Colleges of Fine Arts and Basic Education / Salahaddin University, and Colleges of Education and Basic Education / Uiversity of Raparin.
Philosophy of Teaching
I have a firm belief that acting and bringing the real life into the classroom (contextualising) as an input step, and teamwork, doing homework on the part of the students with devolving some of the responsibilities to them as an output step can be an effective method of teaching.
Building a relationship with students based on mutual respect, trust and understanding, knowing their needs and demands help me plan how to teach.
Brightening the future, escalating social values and broadening the horison of mine and the others are the principles of my teaching career.
