Biography

Rozhan was an Assistant lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, faculty of science and health, where she joined the work at Koya University since 2011. She gained a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Koya University in 2010 , M.Sc. degree in Mathematics _ Applied Mathematics with Numerical Analysis from The University of Manchester -United Kingdom in 2013. In addition, she is working at Raparin University in the Mathematics department, college of Basic education.

Philosophy of Teaching

As the faculty member, teaching is the most satisfying consequence of my responsibilities. In my opinion the modern societies require new mechanisms governing our universe, at all scales, to be able to fully develop ourselves. We, as teachers have responsibility to help our future leaders to be highly informed about the importance of their specializes in science for getting better future.
So instead of traditional ways of teaching science which not encourage our students to develop their specializes, we can use interaction strategy that I am fully supported. The interaction strategy is of paramount importance for the understanding of science which is considered the most vital point in order to graduate more productive students.
