Philosophy of Teaching
An effective educator possesses a deep understanding of students' developmental trajectories and learning processes. I recognize that learners actively construct and transform their knowledge by integrating their past experiences and prior learning. Moreover, I acknowledge that students exhibit diverse learning styles and progress at varying rates. Consequently, I consider it my professional responsibility to accurately assess students’ interests, abilities, and pre-existing knowledge. This diagnostic approach enables me to design and implement learning experiences that both challenge students and promote their intellectual growth, ensuring that every learner is provided with an opportunity to think critically and develop effectively.Certificates
