Biography

Peshang studied for undergraduate degree in Chemistry- science at Koya University-Koya between the years of 2008-2012. After a year, He got a position at Raparin University as assistant Chemistry. In 2021, He obtained MSc in Inorganic Chemistry - Firat University-Turkey. at the same year, He got a position as an assistant lecturer.
And He is started his PhD at Koya university.

Philosophy of Teaching

As a lecturer and researcher in the field of inorganic chemistry, I believe that university teaching is not merely the transfer of knowledge but a continuous process of developing scientific thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity among students. My primary goal is to create a motivating, student-centered learning environment in which students feel confident, engaged, and encouraged toward inquiry and research.

In my teaching practice, I emphasize deep understanding of scientific principles rather than simple memorization of information. I strive to connect theoretical concepts in inorganic chemistry with laboratory experiments, molecular interpretations, practical applications, and current scientific research, enabling students to recognize the relationship between scientific knowledge and its real-world applications.

As a holder of a master's degree and a PhD candidate in chemistry, I seek to incorporate the spirit of research and critical thinking into the learning process. Encouraging students to ask questions, participate in scientific discussions, and engage in academic collaboration represents an essential part of my teaching philosophy.
I believe that an effective educator is not only a subject expert but also a mentor who inspires curiosity, self-confidence, and academic responsibility in students. Therefore, I continuously work to ensure that my students not only master scientific concepts but also become prepared for research, innovation, and meaningful contributions to society.
