Biography

My name is Salar O. Abdulqadir, I hold a bachelor's degree from Duhok University and a master's degree from Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. My specialty is in psychiatric and mental health nursing. Now, I'm a member of the university of Raparin academic staff.

Philosophy of Teaching

-We believe in a student-centred approach to education that's by applying the Bologna process.
-The teacher has to focus on active learning.
-Motivating students by supporting them and giving them the chance to practice what they got from theory classes.
- The teacher has to manage the class not control everything.
- The teacher is not only a knowledge resource, however, but he also has to facilitate students.
- High expectations for yourself and your students.
- Assess as a tool for learning.
- Suitable environment makes the learning process easier.
- Participating and discussing topics with students.
