Philosophy of Teaching
My teaching philosophy is centered around student-centered learning and Connectivism. I believe that students should be at the forefront of the learning process, and that they should feel happy and proud to be a part of it, as they are the backbone of the educational journey.
I understand that each student is unique, with their own learning styles and abilities, and that the learning environment should provide a safe and secure space for them to express their emotions and mental well-being, as well as their social interactions.
I believe in the integration of technology in learning, including the use of flipped classrooms and opportunities for learning beyond the traditional classroom setting.
As an Agriculture educator, I recognize the importance of practical applications and hands-on learning, as this is the core of Agriculture education. By incorporating these principles into my teaching, I aim to foster a love for learning and help my students achieve their full potential.
