Biography
My name is Muhammad H-A Rasheed. I was born in Qaladiza in 1965. From an early age, I developed a keen interest in the sciences, which paved the way for my future academic and professional pursuits.
I embarked on my academic journey at Baghdad University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics. My thirst for knowledge led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Gamma Ray Laser at Al-Sulaymaniyah University, College of Science, Department of Physics. Driven by a passion for understanding the fundamental processes of the natural world, I later attained a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Bangor University in North Wales, UK.
Beyond my academic achievements, I am an avid exerciser, with a particular fondness for walking and jogging. I also enjoy playing chess and staying updated with the latest technological and scientific news. These hobbies not only keep me physically active but also stimulate my mind and feed my intellectual curiosity.
Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in research and development. I have participated in two joint research projects and hold a joint patent and a joint utility model. These collaborative efforts have been instrumental in advancing my field and fostering innovation.
My commitment to lifelong learning and professional development has led me to participate in various international meetings and events. Notably, I attended a meeting at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and completed a training course on using the Lattice Boltzmann Method at the University of Greenwich in London.
Known for my easygoing and cooperative nature, I am deeply thoughtful about natural processes. My approach to life and work is characterized by a balance of rigorous scientific inquiry and an appreciation for the broader implications of my research.
Philosophy of Teaching
The philosophy of science and physics explores how scientific knowledge about the physical world is developed and understood. It examines how theories are created and tested, the role of experiments and observations, and the fundamental concepts like space, time, and forces. By questioning and analyzing these ideas, this philosophy helps us understand the methods and principles that scientists use to study the universe.
