Philosophy of Teaching
My philosophy of teaching is rooted in the belief that learning is not a passive reception of facts, but an active process of constructing understanding. I view my role not as a "sage on the stage" who simply dispenses information, but as a "guide on the side" who designs and facilitates experiences that empower students to think like scientists. My ultimate goal is to simplify the complexities of chemistry, transforming it from a list of abstract principles to be memorized into a dynamic and logical framework for understanding the world around us.
