Ph.D. in Business Administration
Over 10 years of experience working with companies in the Kurdistan Region, in different fields like Academic Teaching, Training and HSE in the oil and gas sector, Marketing, Travel agencies, and Translation. I have extensive knowledge in coordination and supervision of HSE and training & teaching. I'm able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. I have strong abilities in communicate clearly and negotiate successfully. Also, I'm able to work overtime and work over the weekend if necessary.
Philosophy of Teaching
My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that education is not just about transferring knowledge, but about empowering students to become analytical thinkers, ethical leaders, and adaptable professionals. With a strong foundation in business administration, strategy, and research, I strive to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment that bridges theory with real-world practice.
Drawing from my academic and industry experiences—from university lecturing to corporate training and organizational leadership—I emphasize practical application, critical thinking, and continuous improvement. I encourage interactive learning through case studies, problem-solving exercises, and open discussions, aiming to foster curiosity, creativity, and collaborative learning.
I see myself not just as an instructor, but as a mentor who supports students in developing the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to thrive in an ever-evolving global economy.
