Biography
Shwana Qadir Perot is an assistant lecturer in the Department of English (College of Education, Qaladize) at the University of Raparin. Holding a BA in English Translation and an MA in English Literature, his research focuses on literary studies, evidenced by 10 scholarly publications.
Philosophy of Teaching
My philosophy of teaching is centered on creating an inclusive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment. I believe that education should not only transmit knowledge but also inspire critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning. Every student has unique strengths and potential, and it is my role as a teacher to guide, support, and challenge them to grow academically and personally. Through active participation, mutual respect, and reflective practice, I aim to encourage learners to become independent thinkers and responsible members of society
