Vice president Office for higher education and scientific affairs is one of the presidency departments which closely cooperates the president in consulting and making crucial decisions as well as supporting the university chancellor in applying strategic plans.
This office is in charge of education qualities in all faculties for graduate and under-graduate education. The office is responsible for plans and methodology of those units and offices running under its administration.

The works done in Vice president Office for higher education and scientific affairs:
1: Sending letters to ministry for different academic topics like (equalizing the degrees, consent letter, starting proposal for Units.
2: University decrees (granting degrees, academic title, and supervision committee, making seminar committee for granting scientific title, examination committee and supervision committee, equalizing the degrees, distant system and hourly teaching system and accepting the results of scientific courses.
3: Responding to letters of ministry of Higher Education Scientific Research, collages and units+ other universities.
4: generalizing letter to colleges, departments, and directorates of our university.
5: granting teachers and employees appreciation letter.
6: Consent letter for colleges and institutes.
