The University of Raparin is collaborating with the Directorate of Education to offer suitable and proper conditions for disabled students to pursue academic studies.

The project of ' University is Home for Everyone is a project for disabled students to enable them to pursue their higher education studies and to prevent disconnecting their studies, The council of Raparin University approved the project as long as each disabled candidate attains a score %70 . They will be permitted and be supplied with various tools, as well as offered tutoring. 

If the students pursue courses in the parallel system of evening courses, or any public or private training programme, the university will cover the cost of his/her studies in one course in any university department.
