On 30th October 2018, the University of Raparin arranged a thought-provoking panel discuss on 'Islam and Secularism and their Embodiment in Culture, Arts, and Politics in the Kurdistan Region'. The panel took place in the University's Activity Hall.
First, Mr. Himdad Mahmood warmly welcomed the attendees. Then, in brief, the topic and its significance were clarified for the audience.
After that, various issues pertaining to 'Islam and Secularism, and their Embodiment in Culture, Arts, and Politics in the Kurdistan Region' were elaborated on by their Excellencies Dr. Dlshad Mustafa, Mr. Bahman Tahir, and Mr. Majeed Khaleel.
Finally, the audience had an opportunity to take part by asking questions and giving their points of view on the matter. Moreover, the panel ended right after the representatives replied to their questions.
