On October 20, 2019, in a seminar, unit of historic sites at the department of Research Center from the university of Raparin, with the Italian Pisa University, declared a joint research project in the field of historic sites. 

At first, Rukhsar Ramazan director of the unit, summarized the project and the way it works to the participants. Later, Matteo Merlino, Pisa university representative, gave a seminar about the importance of the project and its working mechanism as well as expressing his appreciation to declare such a project which is going to last for two years. The project is dedicated to study the social life of villagers transported after building Dukan dam.
