On Monday 5, 2022, her Excellency President of University of Raparin, Assist. Prof. Dr. Paiman Ramazan Ahmad and a team from the University of Raparin (UoR), received a high-level delegation from Poland headed by the Council of Płock city (MR Andrzej Nowakowski) and his delegation members including Professor Maciej Sludki President of Mazovian State University and Director-General of Culture and Art, Head of Płock Foreign Relations, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Didactics and Erasmus Mundus Project. The visit was organized by Rayal Foundation for Cultural Exchange and Human Development.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by her Excellency Assist. Prof. Dr. Paiman Ramazan Ahmad, and she expressed the significance of the relations and academic understanding between both universities. Then, she presented a summary about University of Raparin and activities of UOR. Meanwhile, during the meeting, a team from the University of Raparin provided further details to delegation about the colleges, administration, centers, and international relations of the university.
At the end of the meeting, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the University of Raparin and the Mazovian State University to develop academic relations between both universities showing the interest in the scientific collaboration for student exchanges, conducting dual research and research development, and academic staff exchange, besides join training programs.
This delegation was formally invited to visit the Kurdistan Region by the head of Raparin Administration through the Rayal Foundation with the acknowledgement of the Foreign Relations Office and the approval Kurdistan Regional Government Ministry of Interior
