At the end of an English language course at university of Raparin, on 18/5/2014 Directorate of Language and Development Center set up a graduation ceremony for the English language course participants .

The participants were given an English language certificate which is an obligatory requirement to study Master degree at Iraqi universities .

It is worth mentioning that the course started on 14/11/2013 in which (8) teachers, including natives, and (147) learners participated. The course ended on 14/5/2014. The Directorate of language and Development center declares that the enrolment for next course is starting on 1/6/2014 .
