Acorondig to the first released edition of Webometrics 2023 ranking of universities, University of Raparin is raising fast compared to the previous years and has recorded a high rank among Kurdistan and Iraq universities as well as the universities of the world.

This edition of Webometrics shows that, UoR ranks 9th of Kurdistan public universities, 16th of public and private universities in Kurdistan, 40th of all 122 universities in Iraq and most importantly gained the rank of 4780 among 31,000 universities worldwide.
University of Raparin has been moving up continuously in the last years according to the previous editions of Webometrics as illustrated below:
