In the presence of the Ministry of Higher Education's Director of Delegations and Cultrual Relations Office, Dr. Yasin Salih, Basic Education Dean's and Department Heads of Kurdistan Universities met at University of Raparin, on 19 Feb 2023 , in order to discuss strategic plans of reform in the colleges of basic education's studying program.

The meeting began with the welcoming speech of UOR's Dean of College of Basic Education, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sakar Mohammed.

Later on, Dr. Yasin Salih outlined the meeting. He discussed the Ministry's strategic plans to carry out major reform in the colleges' program of study so that it meets all the criteria of the modern study and the world of business. At the end, plans to improve the quality of study and reform were discussed in detail. Translated by Rasul H. Rasul
