In a letter, cc’d to the UoR, President Jalal Talabani Foundation announces two scholarships, one which is in master’s and the other is in doctorate. According to the letter, the scholarships were granted to the Foundation by Alalamain Institute for Higher Education Iraq – An Najaf, which seeks to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Bahr al-Ulum Charitable Foundation.
