According to the Webometrics’ Transparent Ranking (16.0) edition of July 2023, which has relied on the universities’ Google Scholar Citation Profiles, the University of Raparin has reached a high rank among the universities of Kurdistan, compared to the previous editions.
The UoR’s citations in this edition reached (2663) compared to the last year’s July edition of (2022) which were (1324) citations. That means, it has got (1339) more citations in this edition. In the meantime, the top twenty (20) profiles of the list are excluded for improving representativeness by removing outliers. The University of Raparin ranked 11th among the Kurdistan universities.
