In the presence of the UOR president, Asst. Prof. Dr. Paiman R. Ahmed, along with several project owners in the area, the UOR's Career Development Center (CDC), held a workshop. In the start of the workshop, the CDC director, Asst. Prof. Dr. Harem Hassan, as the panel chairperson and organizer, gave a speech about the workshop's agenda and framework, on Nov 19th, 2023.

   The Following seminars were given during the workshop:
1- 'The Business and Vacancy Vision and Strategy' by the UOR president, Asst. Prof. Dr. Paiman R. Ahmed
2- 'The Customers and Services' by the Insurance Section Chief, Dr. Bestoon A. Othman
3- 'The Companies' Social Responsibility' by Director of Higher Education, Dr. Shwan H. Ali
   It is worth mentioning that, the workshop caught the attention of the attendants and they engaged in a Q&A session at the end of the workshop.
