UNILEAD 2016 DIES University Leadership and Management Training Programme
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Department of Continuing Education and Education Management at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg in Germany are jointly organising the DIES University Leadership and Management Training Programme UNILEAD in Oldenburg, enabling young management-level professionals at higher education institutions in developing countries to tackle successfully every-day challenges.  Aiming at filling the market’s needs and utilizing from the local capabilities, the KRG Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has showed agreement on opening 38 new scientific departments in the Kurdistan Region’s public universities for the upcoming 2015-2016 academic year.

The KRG Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the list of trusted foreign universities by the ministry for purposes of the KRG sponsored Human Capacity Development Program in Higher Education (HCDP) scholarship program , all other studying programs abroad, and equalization of academic certificates.
