In an attempt to raise awareness concerning and protection from the communicable virus; on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, College of Basic Education in coordination with Directorate General of Healthcare in Raparin Province held a symposium to discuss coronavirus dimensions.

On Wednesday, September 9, 2019, a delegation led by Dr. Bahzad Wsu Hamad, director of Raparin university’s Research Center, with Dr. Muhammed Hama Ali, dean of college of Science and Dr. Sana Hassan, dean of college of Nursing paid a visit to the University of Life Sciences-UW in Poland, which is one of the well-known universities of Poland, founded in 1816. The purpose of the visit was to discuss scientific matters between both universities.
