On Sunday April 5, 2015, University of Raparin in cooperation with Raparin health directorate opened the Health center at University of Raparin.
The occasion started in the presence of President of University of Raparin, Director of Raparin Health Directorate and the head of Nursing school, and later a university trained nurse (Nabaz Ali Ahmed) started as the director.
It’s worth mentioning that the center is open from 8:30 to 13:00 with the exception of holidays. lecturers, employees and students can visit the center.

On 29 March, 2015, with the support of both C.D. O Organization and Spee Media, Heart Land Organization presented a workshop on Media Operation Mechanisms, Journalism Genres and Role of Media on dropping off domestic and social violence in Raparin University’s Activities Hall.
The main purpose of the workshop was to familiarize the youths of the area with the media operation mechanisms and how to decline domestic and social violence and suicide by burning.

 With the purpose of enriching their knowledge and information, Kindergarten Department at Faculty of Basic Education/Raparin University arranged a scientific journey both for its Second and junior students.
