Dr Rewaz Fayaq, Speaker of Kurdistan Parliament, on Jan 16th, 2023, received both of President of UoR, Assist. Prof. Dr. Paiman R. Ahmed and President of UoH, Assist. Prof. Dr. Mahabad K. Abdullah, as well as representatives of Asuda Organization.

Both of UoR's Computer Sciences Department and Directorate of Statistics and IT organized a joint workshop on January 8th, 2023, under the title of 'Towards Building University's Electronic Infrastructure'.

The Journal of UoR issued its last number (Vol.9 - No.5) of the year 2022. This number of the journal consists of a number of highly academic researches conducted in various areas.
