On Tuesday the college of science held a seminar at the hall of activities for Mr. Jwtyar Ismaiel, the seminar was titled in “The Philosophy of Life and Significance of Reading”, the aim of holding this seminar was to draw the students attention to read, the seminar was a step to create a group of “Friends of Book” at the college in order to start their works in the near future at the college of science.

A lecturer at the University of Raparin publishes two researches in the “(Journal "Science, Engineering & Education", University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, Sofia, Bulgaria.) which is an international Journal published in Bulgaria.
Mr. Kamal Smaiel Muhammed Barznji Ph.D. student at the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Bulgaria and the Lecturer at the university of Raparin talked to us about publishing two scientific researches in an international Journal about (Review of big data and big data mining for adding big value to enterprises) and (A framework for cloud based hybrid recommender system for big data mining)

On Tuesday, University of Raparin held an activity at the university stadium, the room of sport and cultural activities at the university of Raparin in association with international football organization arranged a practical activity for 84 female students. The activity was titled in “How to protect ourselves from the danger of mines using football techniques”, in addition of talking about keeping the children’s rights safe. At the end of the activity students were given a booklet of athletic activities and awards of participating.
