As part of their strategic plans to enhance joint work, on February 16, 2023, a delegation from Raparin University visited Komar university of Science and Technology. The delegation was headed by the president of Raparin University, Dr. Paiman R. Ahmed, accompanied by Dr. Rebwar, dean of college of Nursery, and Dr. Jamal, the director of Raparin university’s research center.

In the presence of the Ministry of Higher Education's Director of Delegations and Cultrual Relations Office, Dr. Yasin Salih, Basic Education Dean's and Department Heads of Kurdistan Universities met at University of Raparin, on 19 Feb 2023 , in order to discuss strategic plans of reform in the colleges of basic education's studying program.

The meeting began with the welcoming speech of UOR's Dean of College of Basic Education, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sakar Mohammed.

In the presence of UOR's president, Assist. Prof. Dr. Paiman R. Ahmed, and a number of University Council members, a course on anchoring and presenting that was launched for some of UOR students, came to an end on 15 Feb 2023.
