Attended by the MA and PhD students and supervised by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hazhar Q. Ibrahim, the UOR’s Vice-President for Higher Education and Scientific Affairs, the University of Raparin hold a symposium entitled ‘The Higher Education Courses and Conducting a Review Article’, on Dec 3rd, 2023, during which the below seminars were given:

The Department of Law at the UOR’s College of Humanities held a symposium entitled ‘the Legal Basis of Media in Kurdistan’, on Nov 28th, 2023.

   The University of Raparin and the Raparin Directorate of Combating Violence Against Women and Family held a joint panel on ‘Violence Against Women and Family’, on Nov 27th, 2023.

   The event started with the speech of the UOR President, Asst. Prof. Dr. Paiman R. Ahmed. Following that was the speech of the Raparin Directorate of Combating Violence Against Women and Family, given by Col. Abdullah Hussein. Additionally, the Department of Kindergarten performed a short play on stage under the title of ‘Life Continues’, supervised by Asst. Lect. Omer Muhammed.
